Assessment of application and development of the lightweight materials manufactured from residues of paper-mill sludge in gasification by full-scale autoclaving technology. The main objectives are assessing the characteristics of lightweight materials, establishing the operational parameters of full-scale plant, analyzing the mass and energy balance in full-scale plant, and establishing the data of carbon footprint by life cycle analysis. Based on the purposes of this study, if can not only provide an important information on application and scale-up of autoclaving technology, it can also develop feasibility of muti-resources residues application in the future.
